Meeting with the Ambassador of Lebanon in Poland: Discussing the Country’s Participation in the Global Forum

On 22 January in Warsaw, Evgeny Baranovsky, Chair of the Organising Committee of the World Forum of the Best Teachers, met with Her Excellency Ms. Reina Charbel, Ambassador of the Lebanese Republic to the Republic of Poland.

This was the second meeting between the Chair of the Organising Committee and representatives of diplomatic missions in Warsaw, held as part of a broader European tour aimed at building partnerships with ministries of education and teacher associations across Europe. Meetings with embassies are also being held at the initiative of various countries expressing interest in joining the forum.

The discussion focused on Lebanon’s potential participation in the forum, including the opportunity for teachers to take part remotely, the selection of top educators, and Lebanon’s contribution to the international educational dialogue.

Evgeny Baranovsky presented the mission, scope, and goals of the World Forum of the Best Teachers, and emphasised the forum’s openness to all nations that share the values of educational quality, inclusion, and global collaboration.

The meeting was held in a spirit of mutual interest and constructive exchange, laying the foundation for Lebanon’s future involvement in this global educational event.
