July 1993 – 2010: Teaching Bagamoyo Secondary School Basic Mathematics and Chemistry. February 2010 –June 2012:  Teaching Advanced Mathematic at Karatu High Schoo (Arusha) July 2012 up to date Teaching Basic mathematics at Boko Sec School (Dar es Salaam).

- What are the factors that are responsible for their poor performance in mathematics
- What can be the effect of the poor performance in the country
- What the best way of making student to perform very well in mathematics in Secondary school in Tanzania

Lean more and get new skills and method of learning  for better teaching.
