I shall contribute the experiences, expertise, insights and my own pedagogical practices in an international pedagogical forum. More specifically, I shall inspire the participants through motivation strategies I have been using in teaching. My 25 years of experiences in teaching can contribute much to the participants. No teachers teach the same. I believe that diversity has power which can give inputs to the forum and world education.

I believe in 3 Es; Experience, Experiment and Expectation. Past is experience, present is experiment and future is expectation.

I will substantiate the idea 'think globally and act locally.'

I will capitalize the knowledge learnt in the international pedagogical forum.

I will bring metamorphosis to my own pedagogical practices.

I will apply the international context of pedagogical practices in my national and institutional setting.

I will extend the value of sharing, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking in teaching.
