I am confident, outgoing, friendly and curious. I have been teaching since 2001 and, as an English teacher, I am prepared, disciplined and organized. Since I want to be prepared when I go to my classroom, I always revise my lessons, looking for new information, checking pronunciation and grammar, preparing mind maps for students in trouble to help them organize information and understand relationships between ideas/concepts.

I would like to talk about a tool we use at school with our students which allows young people who are attending 5th year High school to test themselves and  to increase self-awareness and self efficacy. Students take the test and get some data they will discuss about with a teacher. The basic idea is to improve  the discussion which follows the test.

Meeting teachers from all over the word will certainly widen my teaching methodology; it will be an unmissable opportunity to exchange experiences, ideas, methods. It will also be an opportunity to analyse global challenges our students will deal with in the future.
