Forms – interactive forms available on the website www.uona.org, allowing users to submit applications for participation in the Global Forums or subscribe to informational updates.

Foundation – the World Sustainable Development Foundation, a non-profit company registered in the United Kingdom as a Company Limited by Guarantee, which administers and operates the website and the UONA platform.

User – any individual using the website [www.uona.org] and its electronic services.

Electronic Service – any digital functionality provided by the Foundation to the User through the website, including application forms, contact forms, and subscription tools.

§ 2. General Provisions

1. This website is administered by the World Sustainable Development Foundation, a UK-registered entity operating in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

2. By accessing and using the website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If the User does not agree to these terms, they are advised not to use the website.

3. Technical requirements for proper access to the website:

§ 3. Purpose of the Website

1. The website www.uona.org serves to inform users about the Global Forums 2027, which bring together leading teachers, oncologists, and cardiologists from every country, and to provide mechanisms for applications, feedback, and partnership inquiries.

2. The website may contain links to third-party websites that are not controlled by the Foundation. Inclusion of such links does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or legal relationship with those websites or their operators.

§ 4. Data Protection

1. All personal data submitted through the website is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

2. Before using the website or submitting personal data, Users are required to read and accept the Foundation’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

1. Any complaints regarding the functioning of the website or its electronic services should be submitted via email to: info@uona.org
