🌍 Mission of the World Sustainable Development Foundation
The Foundation brings together the best practicing specialists from each country to create three permanent international Centers for World Sustainable Development:
📚 Global Centre for Best Practices in Education — collects, shares, and preserves the teaching methods of the best educators from every country in the world. These are solutions that truly work with children, presented by practicing teachers themselves. The Center makes these practices accessible to every teacher and parent on the planet.
🧬 Global Centre for Leading Practices in Oncology — collects and shares the clinical practices of leading oncologists from every country. These are methods proven effective in real hospitals, not just in protocols and reports. The Center makes these solutions available to every doctor and patient.
❤️ Global Centre for Best Practices in Cardiovascular Medicine — collects and shares the practices of the best cardiologists from every country. These are methods that have proven results in hospitals, emergency rooms, and ambulances—not just in documents and guidelines. The Center makes them accessible to every doctor and patient worldwide.
❓ Why This Is Needed
Today, teachers, oncologists, cardiologists, parents, and patients often cannot quickly access the world’s best practical solutions. International organizations, including the UN and WHO, publish recommendations, and governments develop national standards, but both protocols and standards often become outdated faster than they can be reviewed and implemented in schools and hospitals.
The World Centers do not replace or duplicate the work of international organizations—they strengthen it.
We collect and process live practical experience—born not in offices, but in classrooms, operating rooms, ERs, and ambulances. These solutions have already proven their effectiveness in real conditions, but they rarely reach international protocols and recommendations due to long approval cycles.
The Centers create a unique channel for sharing these practices so that the UN, WHO, UNESCO, and national governments can integrate them into standards and strategies more quickly—reducing waiting times from years to months or even weeks.
We are creating World Centers so that every teacher, oncologist, cardiologist, patient, and parent can have instant access to practical, proven experience from the strongest specialists in 195 countries.
🏛 In Our Centers
Practice comes before paperwork: the best solutions from practicing specialists—proven effective in classrooms, operating rooms, and ambulances—become available in minutes, not months.
Professional communities, governments of different countries, international bodies (including the UN and WHO), as well as teacher training universities and medical schools, will be able to rely on the best practical solutions—not only on reports.
Anyone—parent, patient, teacher—can get a working answer without barriers of price, language, or borders.
This is how we turn the experience of the world’s best specialists into the experience of humanity—an open tool that is already saving lives and changing our children’s education today, thus making the future sustainable and healthy.
🧾 Specialist Selection Methodology
Selection of specialists for the World Centers is based on the principles of transparency, independence, and reputational accountability.
We are guided by:
Recommendations from professional communities—medical and educational associations, relevant unions.
Support from parent communities and public organizations.
Contributions to society, confirmed by real work results.
We set only one mandatory criterion for participation in a live session: the specialist must be a practicing professional—working daily with children, patients, or in a clinical/educational environment. This guarantees that the experience presented is based on real practice, not just research or administrative work.
📊 Analytics and Research
Through the work of the World Centers, the Foundation builds a unique global database that becomes a tool for governments, international organizations, and academic and educational institutions.
We systematically engage in:
Global statistics and trend analysis: mortality, education levels, access to medical care, comparisons between countries and regions.
Research on the best methods with an evidence base: from school classrooms to operating theaters, confirmed by real-life effectiveness.
Identifying gaps: where solutions are missing, which approaches do not work, which challenges remain unresolved.
Preparing analytical reviews for integrating the best practical solutions into national standards and international recommendations.
🌐 What Makes the Centers Unique
Today, international databases and reports mainly record standardized recommendations, clinical protocols, and statistics. This is important, but it does not reflect the full picture of how the world’s best specialists actually solve complex problems in their daily work.
The World Centers become a single hub for collecting and verifying practical solutions from specialists in 195 countries who:
Work in all kinds of conditions—from the largest university hospitals to rural schools and small clinics.
Often find effective solutions outside standard protocols—due to limited resources or specific regional conditions.
Are ready to share this experience openly with colleagues, international organizations, and governments.
This is living knowledge that existing systems do not have—and it can change approaches to education and healthcare here and now, without waiting for the next protocol update cycle.
👥 Impact of 1,950 Top Specialists in Each Field
In each Center, we gather 10 of the best practicing specialists from each of 195 countries. This means that, simultaneously in 10 cities around the world, during live sessions, 1,950 of the world’s top specialists in each field—pedagogy, oncology, and cardiology—are working together.
This format creates a unique effect:
For professionals: Imagine you are a cardiologist in a regional hospital. You have the opportunity to join a live session in one of 10 cities in real time and listen to case studies and discussions by the world’s best cardiologists. Such access raises your professional level and immediately changes your approach to treating patients.
For patients and their families: A cancer patient or their relatives can learn what solutions are working in other countries, ask questions, and find new possibilities for treatment or rehabilitation.
For teachers and parents: They get direct access to the world’s best educational methods, which can be implemented in a school or at home as soon as tomorrow.
We believe this effect will attract specialists and people from all over the world—because the chance to hear what the best practitioners do and adapt it to your own situation is a value beyond measure.
🌏 Contribution to the Global South and National Strategies
The project is especially significant for the Global South—regions where access to modern knowledge and advanced approaches is limited. Through the Centers, the best solutions will become available to doctors, teachers, and patients in countries that are often “in the information shadow.”
For any national strategy in education, cancer care, or cardiovascular health, the best practical solutions are the foundation. Our work gives countries a tool to update standards, shorten the time from the emergence of a new method to its application—and thus save lives and improve the quality of education.
📌 Why These Areas
📚 Education — the foundation of the future. All parents and the entire teaching community need access to the world’s best practical solutions for teaching and raising children. Without this, part of the world will remain with mediocre levels of education and upbringing. One uneducated or poorly raised person can harm entire communities—a problem that can be prevented by addressing it at the school level.
❤️ Cardiology — the No. 1 cause of death worldwide. Trends over the past 20 years are mixed: in some countries, mortality is rising. Even in developed nations, specialists are seeking new solutions. The best cardiologists—those who work in hospitals, save lives in ambulances and on operating tables, often with limited resources and sometimes outside protocols—have never been gathered together before. Their experience must be made equally accessible at any time.
🧬 Oncology — the second leading cause of death worldwide. Mortality trends vary by country: decreasing in some, increasing in others. The best oncologists—those who work daily with patients in clinics, chemotherapy units, operating rooms, and palliative care, finding solutions even in hopeless cases—have never been united into a single open system. Their practical experience must be accessible to doctors and patients worldwide.
🔮 What’s Next
Experience evolves and updates. Specialists grow stronger over the years, accumulating new solutions. That’s why every two years we gather the best specialists from all countries, analyze the results and the impact of the Centers’ work.
Each cycle will allow us to update the participant pool—if practice shows this is necessary—and to share the best methods with the world. This will not be just an event but a professional legacy, a foundation for decision-making and progress.
📅 First Sessions
The first in-person sessions in all three fields will take place in November–December 2027, simultaneously in 10 cities around the world.
🌟 Our Core Principle
The best practices of humanity—open to everyone.
By uniting the experience of the world’s best teachers, oncologists, and cardiologists, we are building the humanitarian infrastructure on which sustainable world development depends.
