These are methods that have proven results in hospitals, emergency rooms, and ambulances—not just in documents and guidelines. The Center makes them accessible to every doctor and patient worldwide.

❓ Why This Is Needed
Today, teachers, oncologists, cardiologists, parents, and patients often cannot quickly access the world’s best practical solutions. International organizations, including the UN and WHO, publish recommendations, and governments develop national standards, but both protocols and standards often become outdated faster than they can be reviewed and implemented in schools and hospitals.

The World Centers do not replace or duplicate the work of international organizations—they strengthen it.
We collect and process live practical experience—born not in offices, but in classrooms, operating rooms, ERs, and ambulances. These solutions have already proven their effectiveness in real conditions, but they rarely reach international protocols and recommendations due to long approval cycles.
The Centers create a unique channel for sharing these practices so that the UN, WHO, UNESCO, and national governments can integrate them into standards and strategies more quickly—reducing waiting times from years to months or even weeks.

We are creating World Centers so that every teacher, oncologist, cardiologist, patient, and parent can have instant access to practical, proven experience from the strongest specialists in 195 countries.

Selection of specialists for the World Centers is based on the principles of transparency, independence, and reputational accountability.

We set only one mandatory criterion for participation in a live session: the specialist must be a practicing professional—working daily with children, patients, or in a clinical/educational environment. Without this, part of the world will remain with mediocre levels of education and upbringing. One uneducated or poorly raised person can harm entire communities—a problem that can be prevented by addressing it at the school level.

❤️ Cardiology — the No. 1 cause of death worldwide. Trends over the past 20 years are mixed: in some countries, mortality is rising. Even in developed nations, specialists are seeking new solutions. The best cardiologists—those who work in hospitals, save lives in ambulances and on operating tables, often with limited resources and sometimes outside protocols—have never been gathered together before. Their experience must be made equally accessible at any time.

🧬 Oncology — the second leading cause of death worldwide. Mortality trends vary by country: decreasing in some, increasing in others. The best oncologists—those who work daily with patients in clinics, chemotherapy units, operating rooms, and palliative care, finding solutions even in hopeless cases—have never been united into a single open system. Their practical experience must be accessible to doctors and patients worldwide.
