About Forum

🌍 World Forum of the Best Teachers
An international humanitarian initiative uniting the best educators from every country in the world

In November 2027, an unprecedented event will take place across ten cities on five continents:
The World Forum of the Best Teachers — the first global platform in history where practicing educators from every country will present their solutions, discoveries, and best practices, and respond to the most pressing questions posed by parents and fellow educators worldwide.

🔹 10 of the best teachers from each country
🔹 195 countries
🔹 10 global cities
🔹 Over 2,000 participants — selected not by titles, but by proven impact
🔹 Thousands of broadcasts. Millions of viewers.

We are uniting the best in the profession — not by formal status, but by real influence.
Those who have found ways to ignite curiosity, sustain motivation, and build trust — and who are now ready to share their experience with the world.

📌 Why It Matters

According to UNESCO, the world will face a shortage of over 40 million teachers by 2030, threatening the achievement of universal quality education.

In many countries — including some of the most developed — we are witnessing a decline in the status of the teaching profession, a loss of trust, and a lack of systemic support.

And yet — it is in front of the teacher each day that the future of our world takes shape:
Future engineers, doctors, entrepreneurs, scientists, parents, future presidents and ministers, leaders who will make decisions at the global level.

School is not just an institution — it is a launchpad.
The teacher is the mediator between the world and the individual.

We entrust our children to schools not for reports — but because we believe:
a teacher can instill not only knowledge, but a way of thinking, a worldview, and a sense of self.

And that is why the role of the teacher remains underestimated today.
We believe: a teacher is more influential than any media outlet in the world.
Because they don’t just teach subjects — they teach identity.

🌍 A Global Space for Educational Exchange

Education today is experiencing a crisis of meaning, trust, and resources.
And still, teachers across the world are facing the same challenges:

— declining interest in learning
— anxious and overwhelmed teenagers
— low motivation
— lack of support and understanding
— absence of simple, practical solutions

The World Forum is being created so these solutions can be heard.
So that the experience of the best educators becomes accessible to all — regardless of country, internet access, or funding.

📚 What the Forum Will Offer

  • Live lessons across disciplines — from mathematics to literature, science to character education

  • Effective strategies for motivating adolescents

  • Working with children with special needs

  • Supporting teachers as a systemic priority

  • Digital and hybrid models without overload

  • Parent–teacher communication built on mutual respect

  • Soft skills, emotional intelligence, time management

  • Project-based learning, meaning-making, growth without pressure

  • Global trends, evolving roles, and the future of schooling and higher education

🤝 Who It's For

  • For teachers — to grow, exchange ideas, and be inspired

  • For parents — to learn how to support their children in the real world, not in theory

  • For governments and international organizations — to see that teachers are not just participants in systems but drivers of sustainable development

  • For businesses — to recognize that schools are shaping those who will define tomorrow’s economy

  • For universities — to understand who’s coming, how to support them, and what truly matters in higher education

The selection of teachers is conducted through an open international process — evaluated by an independent educational board that considers each candidate’s impact, not their titles.

Thousands of teachers around the world will be able to join online and ask questions — regardless of their location or circumstances.

📣 UNESCO Emphasizes the Need for:

✔ international coordination of efforts
✔ global communities of teacher support
✔ platforms for sharing best practices
✔ restoring respect for the profession
✔ rethinking the teacher’s role as an architect of society

The World Forum is our answer to this challenge.
We are reimagining the image of the teaching profession — not as a function, but as a mission.

🌐 Format and Access

  • The Forum will take place simultaneously in 10 cities across the globe

  • Featuring more than 7,000 live broadcasts

  • Available in real time, with translations and archived sessions

  • Participation is fully funded for selected teachers — including travel and accommodation

  • Formats are accessible even for schools without reliable internet access

In cooperation with research centers, we plan to assess changes in teaching practices and national education policies following the Forum.

The Forum is open to partnerships with UNESCO, the Teacher Task Force, and national ministries of education to consolidate global efforts.

The platform and the long-term development of the Forum are coordinated by the independent non-profit organization — the World Sustainable Development Foundation, registered in the United Kingdom, with an international advisory board.

The Forum is implemented through partnerships with international foundations, companies, and governments. All investments are directed toward mission delivery and open access.

🧭 The Forum's Legacy — More Than an Event

The World Forum of the Best Teachers is more than a few days of sessions.
We are building an open-access digital platform, where every lesson, method, and insight shared during the Forum will be documented, translated, systematized, and made permanently accessible — for teachers, parents, researchers, and future generations.

Every two years, we will review progress: what has changed in schools around the world? Which practices have taken root? Where do teachers need new forms of support?

📚 The Forum will become a recurring global checkpoint for rethinking education — not as a reporting mechanism, but as a space for trust, growth, and shared purpose.

🛠 Its materials will inform national programs, international research, and innovative educational solutions.

The Forum will conclude — but its knowledge will remain. And it will continue to work, in every classroom where an idea born here takes root.
